Meet our founder, Alysha Light.
Throughout her career, Alysha Light has represented companies across nearly every sector—ranging from retail, advertising, design, tech, apparel, high-end furniture, sports, entertainment, AR/VR, gaming, legal cannabis, travel, to spirits/beverages.
She has extensive experience in high-stakes communications strategy, media relations, executive visibility, media & speaker training, and crisis management.

A Chicago native, Alysha spent nearly a decade in the New York PR and communications world before relocating to Los Angeles in 2011. She went on to launch Flight in Santa Monica, CA two years later.
A frequent speaker on PR-related topics and guest lecturer at Pepperdine University and the University of Texas at Austin, Alysha serves as a mentor to rising PR talent in the industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in journalism from Loyola University Chicago. She is currently based in Austin TX and represents clients across the U.S. and all over the world including Canada, London, Australia, and China.
